Stephen Swan General Counsel
Offering legal and contracts support to the airport and its teams, and helping to maintain legal standards across the airport.
We work with 37 airlines, flying 227 routes to 157 destinations. Airlines are responsible for check-in, baggage handling, cargo, and passenger safety boarding and on-board the aircraft.
The CAA are the main regulatory body for aviation in the UK and have authority over flight paths, aircraft routes at UK airports, airline regulations, airports and National Air Traffic services.
We strive to offer as much choice as possible in our retail offerings, whether that be in regard to the food, shopping, or car hire options available to our passengers. As an airport of provenance, we also focus on the promotion of Scottish commercial services alongside our international partners.
HM Customs and Excise controls the import and export of goods and prevents illegal activity.
HM Immigration decide who is eligible to enter the country and deals with any deportation or asylum issues.
Air Navigation Solutions (ANS) are responsible for air traffic control and management.
We work with local public transport companies to provide onward travel options from the airport.
